They tend to be more breathable than memory foam, meaning they stay cooler through the night. In contrast, memory foam pillows are firmer and contour to your head and neck, offering more structured support and pressure relief (great if you need extra neck alignment). However, memory foam can retain heat and feel less airy. We specialize in premium down and down-alternative pillows – for example, our White Goose Down Pillow gives you that plush comfort with natural insulation, whereas memory foam pillows (which we don’t carry) prioritize a firmer feel. Choosing between them comes down to whether you value moldable softness and cooling (go with down) or a sturdier, contouring support (memory foam).

Down-alternative pillows use high-tech poly fiber fill to mimic the softness of real down, while latex pillows are made from natural latex foam (rubber tree sap). A down-alternative pillow (like our Down-Alternative Pillow) is plush, hypoallergenic, and easy to care for – it gives you that light, fluffy feel without any animal down, and is a great choice for those with allergies or who prefer vegan options. Natural down is also quite breathable due to its fluffiness, though it provides a bit more insulation. In the rare event your order doesn’t arrive when it should, don’t worry – we’ll help make it right. If the tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, we suggest checking with neighbors or your building management in case it was left in a safe spot. Once an order is placed, you may be able to edit details like shipping address or even cancel it, but only if it hasn’t left our warehouse yet.
