    • How long can I expect my towels to last?

      Typically, if the towels are used continuously, you’ll get 3-4 years of use before they start to show some wear and about 4- 6 years if you rotate them with other towel sets.

    • How soon will my towels ship once I place an order?

      Pillow Guy is a vertically integrated company, which means we control the process from production all the way until we ship out the product. We have on own warehouse located in near Los Angeles, CA where we ship your towels from. All orders received before 9am PST will be shipped out same day so depending on where you live it can take anywhere from 2-5 business day to receive your bedding. 

    • What if I am unhappy with my purchase?

      Although we really doubt that you'll be unhappy with Pillow Guy products, we understand that bedding does boil down to personal preference so we won't make it uncomfortable at all when it comes to returns. If for any reason at all you'd like to return (you actually don't even need to give us a reason) within 30 days of purchase, all you have to do is email hello@pillowguy.com or call us at 1.844.745.5694 and we'll email you a prepaid return shipping labels. You will receive a full refund once we receive the product back at our warehouse.

Love it,

Sometimes when you use cheap towels, they don't dry your body off very well, and tend to itchy at times. Even though pillow guy towels is spendy when it comes to price, it really does dry off your body like a towel should. I also like how the towel covers your whole body, which makes it the best towel to take with you to pools, rivers and beaches. The color is vibrant, and soft against your skin, which is a plus. My husband and I, truly believe this towel is worth the price.

luxurious honestly

I was so lucky to find this sail and pay less than $20 for this huge, superbly soft towel. Such an improvement to my shower routine. Just can't say enough about the quality.

Amazing towel

I got this towel on an offer and I do not regret it for a second. It is huge, heavy, thirsty, and so soft. Love it, love it, love it.
