    How long can I expect my comforter to last?

    Due to the fact that a comforter doesn't have to support weight the way pillows and mattresses do, the Pillow Gal Down Alternative Comforter should last you a good 5-7 years if you keep it covered and air it regularly. Check out our care instructions on how to keep your Down Alternative Comforter lasting fresh and longer.     How soon will my comforter be shipped once I place an order?

    Pillow Guy is a vertically integrated company, which means we control the process from production all the way until we ship out the product. We have on own warehouse located near Los Angeles, CA where we ship your bedding from. All orders received before 9am PST will be shipped out same day so depending on where you live it can take anywhere from 2-5 business day to receive your bedding.

    What if I am unhappy with my purchase?

    Although we really doubt that you'll be unhappy with Pillow Guy products, we understand that bedding does boil down to personal preference, so we won't make it uncomfortable at all when it comes to returns. If for any reason at all you'd like to return (you actually don't even need to give us a reason) within 30 days of purchase, all you have to do is email hello@pillowguy.com or call us at 1.844.745.5694 and we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label and you'll receive a full refund once we receive the product back at our warehouse.

    Do I need to wash my comforter before first use?

    Nah, that's not necessary, you already are working too hard.  If you'd like you can simply toss in dryer on high for 10 minutes to smooth out the packaging wrinkles, or iron.

Very nice to cover up with

I love my PG comforter, same fabric as the pillows, same quality! I would have given five stars however for some reason the comforter white piping has gotten straggly and piled on mine. Otherwise, it washes nice, easy to lay over your bed when you make it unlike other heavy comforters where your trying multiple times to make the bed look nice. Like I have considered before with my PG pillows, I have thought about buying a spare comforter and spare pillows! Every time I find something good the company always seems to close or gets bought out by another company. I am so glad I had made the choice to switch to the PG bed game. Pillows absolutely ROCK, and this comforter is far from a let down too!!

I love Pillow Guy/Gal! I was buying PG even before the Pillow Gal line was introduced! Thanks PG! I LOVE LOVE the quality & comfort of PG! I have at least ten PG pillows! next, PG sheet sets! The BEST! The BEST! Keep up the great work! Quality, check. Great prices, check. great deals, check. Exceptional customer service, check! Now I need my PG complimentary apron, I have the duffel.

Simply the BEST!!

Hands down, this is the VERY BEST Down Alternative Comforter I've ever had. I've just purchased my 2nd one!

I've also purchased other products from this company before (pillows, sheets etc), and they're awesome - no joke!

I recently went on a trip for a couple of weeks and told my wife that I missed my Pillow Guy bedding. There is truly nothing out there like it.

Not what expected and disappointed

I expected a fluffier comforter but it just never happened. I am used to a real down comforter but as of late it has been bothering my skin so being that I absolutely love the sheets I decided to get the comforter disappointed.. I have not returned as I do like the outer material as it is the same as the sheets which I love.
