How do you care for your Tencel fabric?
Tencel fabric is a very soft and delicate fabric — like a panda’s belly, and you need to treat it accordingly. Made from eucalyptus wood pulp, it is biodegradable and eco-friendly. Tencel fabric is also bacteria resistant and helps regulate body temperatures to remain warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.
Due to the fine quality of the fabric and our unique eco-friendly dying process, you may find the fabric will develop slight creases and color differences with regular usage and wash, this is normal. Please pay special attention to the care label for specific care instructions.
Is Tencel Breathable?
In short, YES. Tencel is an eco-fabric and has natural breathability and 50% greater moisture absorption than cotton.
Due to its moisture management, Tencel is also anti-bacterial.

How long can I expect my sheet set to last?
Typically, if the sheets are used continuously, you’ll get 3 years of use before they start to show some wear and about 5 years if you rotate them with other sheets. Check out our care instructions on how to keep your sheets lasting fresh and longer.
How long can I expect my pillows to last?
As a rule of thumb, you should replace your synthetic-filled pillows about every two years, however, check out our care instructions on how to keep your Pillow Guy Down Alternative Pillow lasting fresh and longer. A good way to test to see if it's time for a new pillow is by folding your pillow in half and put a shoe on top (maybe clean it first) If the shoe flips off, your pillow is good.

How long can I expect my duvet set to last?
Typically, if the duvet cover and shams are used continuously, you’ll get 4-5 years of use before they start to show some wear and about 7-8 years if you rotate them with other duvet sets. Check out our care instructions on how to keep your duvet set lasting fresh and longer.

How long can I expect my comforter set to last?
Due to the fact that a comforter doesn't have to support weight the way pillows and mattresses do, the Pillow Guy Down Comforter should last you a good 5-7 years if you keep it covered and air it regularly. Check out our care instructions on how to keep your Down Alternative Comforter lasting fresh and longer. You'll know it's time to replace your comforter when it begins to look limp and flat or starts leaking bits of filling.

How soon will my order be shipped after I place an order?
Pillow Guy is a vertically integrated company, which means we control the process from production all the way until we ship out the product. We have on own warehouse located near Los Angeles, CA where we ship your bedding from. All orders received before 9am PST will be shipped out same day so depending on where you live it can take anywhere from 2-5 business day to receive your bedding.
What if I am unhappy with my purchase?
Although we really doubt that you'll be unhappy with Pillow Guy products, we understand that bedding does boil down to personal preference, so we won't make it uncomfortable at all when it comes to returns. If for any reason at all you'd like to return (you actually don't even need to give us a reason) within 30 days of purchase, all you have to do is email hello@pillowguy.com or call us at 1.844.745.5694 and we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. You will receive a full refund once we receive the product back at our warehouse.

Perfectly perfect
This pillow arrived on time and nicely packaged to reduce shipping materials. The pillow is beautifully made with elegant piping. Glad we bought this and the Pillow Gal because it is great to be able to identify which pillow is yours and which is used by your spouse/partner. It is filled with down so it fluffs nicely and then conforms to your head and neck when you lay on it. I purchased it with extra fill so it is perfect for the 50/50 back/side sleeper. It will be your favorite pillow.

So soft I’m obsessed
My friend recommended these to me and they are seriously so soft and comfortable I love them! Very happy with my purchase. I am always skeptical of reviews but they really are amazing. You have to wash them to unlock the softness and they did get some weird marks from washing them as it says will happen but they still look great and are SO SOFT!

I used to be able to pop out of bed…
But now I want to stay there forever! These are literally the softest, coziest sheets I have ever had the pleasure of being snuggled up in. Even my husband, who doesn’t have much preference in sheets, is thrilled with these; every night we crawl into them, we both get big grins, they are that amazing! I would also be remiss to not mention that the customer service with this company is absolutely top notch; simply amazing. I sleep hot and live in Texas and while I wouldn’t call these sheets hot, I am very eager to try the percale set one day. Basically what I’m saying is - we are now lifelong customers!

EVERYONE NEEDS THESE SHEETS!
I cannot stress enough how much I have loved my PG sheets. I have had cheap silky sheets previously and loved them, but after feeling the high quality of the Luxe Soft & Smooth sheets, I never want to use anything else! I am not a fan of flat sheets and I would always kick them to the bottom of the bed, but not this flat sheet! It keeps me cool all night, it doesn't cling, and surprisingly doesn't snag easy (my cat has had her claws on it and I was expecting the sheet to form a hole or rip - nope!). This review is longer than it needs to be, but I wanted to explain my love for these sheets as to the point as I can. Worth every penny - invest in your beauty sleep!

Back for my 5th set
I love how soft these sheets are! It’s like sleeping on pure softness. I have very sensitive skin and these don’t disappoint. As it states on the site, the darker blue fade, but are still a beautiful color regardless (I was in warm so that may be why) but only get softer and softer!
