Why do I see faint lines or watermark-like marks after washing?

This is a natural characteristic of TENCEL lyocell and is not a defect. TENCEL fibers have a property called fibrillation, where microscopic surface fibers shift slightly when the fabric is wet and moves during washing. This can create faint lines, light streaks, or watermark-like marks, and they are most visible on darker colors. It does not affect the softness, breathability, strength, or durability of your bedding. To minimize it, wash on a gentle cycle in cold water, use a small amount of mild liquid detergent, avoid overloading the machine, add an extra rinse, skip fabric softener, and air dry or tumble dry on low heat.

Literally the coolest pillow
I’ve been sleeping on my Pillow Guy pillow for a few weeks now, and one of my favorite things is how cool it stays throughout the night. It feels supportive without being too firm, and I don’t wake up constantly flipping my pillow over to find the cool side. Such a simple upgrade that’s made a big difference in my sleep.

My sleep completely changed! Game-changer 🌙
Immediately after unboxing my new Pillow Gal I could FEEL the difference in how high-quality it was! The weight, softness, and how it felt sleeping on it was amazing. I felt like I slept on a firm yet plush cloud all night. I never knew how much my pillow was affecting my sleep until now. I also love how there are two options for your specific sleep position!

So soft I’m obsessed
My friend recommended these to me and they are seriously so soft and comfortable I love them! Very happy with my purchase. I am always skeptical of reviews but they really are amazing. You have to wash them to unlock the softness and they did get some weird marks from washing them as it says will happen but they still look great and are SO SOFT!

I used to be able to pop out of bed…
But now I want to stay there forever! These are literally the softest, coziest sheets I have ever had the pleasure of being snuggled up in. Even my husband, who doesn’t have much preference in sheets, is thrilled with these; every night we crawl into them, we both get big grins, they are that amazing! I would also be remiss to not mention that the customer service with this company is absolutely top notch; simply amazing. I sleep hot and live in Texas and while I wouldn’t call these sheets hot, I am very eager to try the percale set one day. Basically what I’m saying is - we are now lifelong customers!

Awesome pillows and excellent customer service!
I ordered stomach sleeper and back sleeper pillows and clicked too quickly through the online order form that I accidentally left an incorrect delivery address in the order. I quickly reached out to customer service to attempt to change the address but despite the Reps attempts to correct my error the pillows still delivered to the incorrect address. I notified PG and I couldn’t believe it within 2 days I had a replacement order, to the correct address! We’ve had 2 nights sleep with our new pillows and we love them. Very comfortable and the stomach sleeper in the house isn’t throwing pillows on the floor anymore to get comfortable!
