How long can I expect my comforter to last?
Due to the fact that a comforter doesn't have to support weight the way pillows and mattresses do, the Pillow Guy Down Alternative Comforter should last you a good 5-7 years if you keep it covered and air it regularly. Check out our care instructions on how to keep your Down Alternative Comforter lasting fresh and longer. You'll know it's time to replace your comforter when it begins to look limp and flat or starts leaking bits of filling. longevity of a Down pillow can be a couple of years, you can expect your new Pillow Guy Down pillow to last 5+ years. Down Alternative Comforter
Simply put, we love the blue color, it is "slightly" warmer than our thinner one but that does not mean it's not worth it, it's not overly warm unless you keep your house at 85 degrees, then yeah, you might be hot. We put it inside a duvet cover but ended up taking it out since the blue was nice. It does not have the little fabric piece to tie the duvet cover too, but we had no issues with that at all, so don't let that stop you either. We're happy with it and would buy more for other rooms.
Perfect weight! Regulates temperature well and is really comfortable. Color looked slightly faded/lighter than pictured, but I have a duvet cover, so it didn’t matter.
My bed is becoming my “go to” place. I have the PG sheets, PG pillows, PG duvet cover and now the PG Comforter. I’m so happy with their products. Weighted blanket is next.
The comforter is a generous size, and exactly what I wanted in terms of covering my bed properly. I love the look of it, the signature blue/teal color is beautiful. It’s very nice, although I did end up covering it with a duvet. The comforter also makes for a good night’s sleep. It’s soft, cuddly and not overly warm. My only complaint is that it does make a crinkling noise that is a bit hard to get used to. It‘s not a deal breaker, but it’s definitely annoying and makes me wonder why the fabric is making any sounds at all.
