    • How long can I expect my towels to last?

      Typically, if the towels are used continuously, you’ll get 3-4 years of use before they start to show some wear and about 4- 6 years if you rotate them with other towel sets.

    • How soon will my towels ship once I place an order?

      Pillow Guy is a vertically integrated company, which means we control the process from production all the way until we ship out the product. We have on own warehouse located in near Los Angeles, CA where we ship your towels from. All orders received before 9am PST will be shipped out same day so depending on where you live it can take anywhere from 2-5 business day to receive your bedding. 

    • What if I am unhappy with my purchase?

      Although we really doubt that you'll be unhappy with Pillow Guy products, we understand that bedding does boil down to personal preference so we won't make it uncomfortable at all when it comes to returns. If for any reason at all you'd like to return (you actually don't even need to give us a reason) within 30 days of purchase, all you have to do is email hello@pillowguy.com or call us at 1.844.745.5694 and we'll email you a prepaid return shipping labels. You will receive a full refund once we receive the product back at our warehouse.

WOW!

HUGE!!! Soft!!! Absorbent!!! I got one of these at a special introductory price to try it. When I finished paying, I was offered a second towel at a substantially reduced price, (not as good as the initial offer but still very generous.). When the towels were delivered, I brought them to my girlfriend's house. She opened the package and was shocked at the size and softness! On using the towels, we both were amazed at the absorbency. All we had to do was wrap the towel around us and we were dry! We may have to get some more!

Towels are amazing. Dry you off so fast it's amazing.

It's great, but too big for a normal towel. I love mine, but still trying to figure out how to quickly use a towel this big.
