How long can I expect my pillow to last?
As a rule of thumb, you should replace your synthetic-filled pillows about every two years, however, check out our care instructions on how to keep your Pillow Guy Down Alternative Pillow lasting fresh and longer. A good way to test to see if it's time for a new pillow is by folding your pillow in half and put a shoe on top (maybe clean it first) If the shoe flips off, your pillow is good.
How soon will my pillow be shipped after I place an order?
Pillow Guy is a vertically integrated company, which means we control the process from production all the way until we ship out the product. We have on own warehouse located near Los Angeles, CA where we ship your bedding from. All orders received before 9am PST will be shipped out same day so depending on where you live it can take anywhere from 2-5 business day to receive your bedding.
What if I am unhappy with my purchase?
Although we really doubt that you'll be unhappy with Pillow Guy products, we understand that bedding does boil down to personal preference, so we won't make it uncomfortable at all when it comes to returns. If for any reason at all you'd like to return (you actually don't even need to give us a reason) within 30 days of purchase, all you have to do is email hello@pillowguy.com or call us at 1.844.745.5694 and we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. You will receive a full refund once we receive the product back at our warehouse.

I had one and it was stolen! I’m ordering a replacement
The pillows I like but they fit very tightly in their king size pillo cases and I ordered king size pillow cases to accommodate the pillows. I now need to order different color and different brand pillow cases for pillows.
I’m a side sleeper that will toss and turn a ton. I’ve always used two pillows and still would wake up tired and hurting. Well not any more this pillow was perfect! I now only sleep with just this one amazing pillow!

At first I thought that might be a but more than what I wanted to spend, but then I read all the details of its quality. I decided to make the purchase and support. I did NOT go wrong! The pillow is stuffed perfectly. It is the best pillow I have every owned. I love e it. My Chihuahua has decided to come sleep up along the top of the pillow as well. LOL Tha only regret I have is that I did not buy a set. I will be buying a second pillow shortly.
