How do you care for your Tencel fabric?
Tencel fabric is a very soft and delicate fabric — like a panda’s belly, and you need to treat it accordingly. Made from eucalyptus wood pulp, it is biodegradable and eco-friendly. Tencel fabric is also bacteria resistant and helps regulate body temperatures to remain warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.
Due to the fine quality of the fabric and our unique eco-friendly dying process, you may find the fabric will develop slight creases and color differences with regular wash and usage, this is normal. Please pay special attention to the care label for specific care instructions.
Is Tencel Breathable?
Is Tencel breathable? In short, YES. Tencel is an eco-fabric and has natural breathability and 50% greater moisture absorption than cotton.
Due to its moisture management, Tencel is also anti-bacterial.
How long can I expect my sheets to last?
Typically, if the sheets are used continuously, you’ll get 3 years of use before they start to show some wear and about 5 years if you rotate them with other sheets. Check out our care instructions on how to keep your sheets lasting fresh and longer.
How soon will my sheets be shipped after I place an order?
Pillow Guy is a vertically integrated company, which means we control the process from production all the way until we ship out the product. We have on own warehouse located near Los Angeles, CA where we ship your bedding from. All orders received before 9am PST will be shipped out the same day so depending on where you live it can take anywhere from 2-5 business day to receive your bedding.
What if I am unhappy with my purchase?
Although we really doubt that you'll be unhappy with Pillow Guy products, we understand that bedding does boil down to personal preference, so we won't make it uncomfortable at all when it comes to returns. If for any reason at all you'd like to return (you actually don't even need to give us a reason) within 30 days of purchase, all you have to do is email hello@pillowguy.com or call us at 1.844.745.5694 and we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label and you'll receive a full refund once we receive the product back at our warehouse.
I have sensitive skin and am very particular about my bedding and clothing. When it comes to these sheets I can’t imagine using anything else. There so incredibly soft it feels like your sleeping on butter. LOVE!!!

I bought Cariloha bamboo sheets for years. Even bought their resort. I also tried Cozy Earths’s bamboo sheets. Now that I found Pillow Guy's sheets, I will now only buy Pillow Guy’s sheets. They feel stronger and softer than the bamboo sheets I have tried. The sheets are cool on hot nights and warm on cold nights. I am able to use them all year around. I love the sheets. They seem stronger than bamboo although time will tell. Very soft and still warm for cool nights. Finally something my husband loves that is good for him.
