    • How long can I expect my pillow to last?

      As a rule of thumb, you should replace your synthetic-filled pillows about every two years, however, check out our care instructions on how to keep your Pillow Gal Down Alternative Pillow lasting fresh and longer. A good way to test to see if it's time for a new pillow is by folding your pillow in half and put a shoe on top (maybe clean it first) If the shoe flips off, your pillow is good.

    • How soon will my pillow be shipped after I place an order?

      Pillow Guy is a vertically integrated company, which means we control the process from production all the way until we ship out the product. We have on own warehouse located near Los Angeles, CA where we ship your bedding from. All orders received before 9am PST will be shipped out same day so depending on where you live it can take anywhere from 2-5 business day to receive your bedding.

    • What if I am unhappy with my purchase?

      Although we really doubt that you'll be unhappy with Pillow Guy products, we understand that bedding does boil down to personal preference, so we won't make it uncomfortable at all when it comes to returns. If for any reason at all you'd like to return (you actually don't even need to give us a reason) within 30 days of purchase, all you have to do is email hello@pillowguy.com or call us at 1.844.745.5694 and we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. You will receive a full refund once we receive the product back at our warehouse.

    • Are these pillows really as good as everyone says?

      Ummm YES! We've spent hundreds of hours of R&D and actual live human testing to make sure these are really amazing pillows, not just quality but comfort. We challenge you to try them risk free today. If you're not totally satisfied, ship them back within 30 days and you'll receive a full refund.

Great Pillow/Good support

I’m happy to leave this updated review. After a damaged pillow was received, I had had some initial trouble getting in touch with customer service during their business hours, but once I did, they were proactive and gracious in correcting the issue. The pillows themselves speak for themselves.

We actually have this brand of pillows in all of our Short Term rentals, and our guests rave about them. So we finally bought them for ourselves. So far it has been a great night’s sleep, and I get why our guests have such good impressions of the brand.
