The quality of our Down pillow is superior to most Down pillows on the market and although the regular longevity of a Down pillow can be a couple of years, you can expect your new Pillow Guy Down pillow to last 5+ years. Check out our care instructions on how to keep your pillow lasting fresh and longer. A good way to test to see if it's time for a new pillow is by folding your pillow in half and put a shoe on top (maybe clean it first) If the shoe flips off, your pillow is good.
Pillow Guy is a vertically integrated company, which means we control the process from production all the way until we ship out the product. We have on own warehouse located near Los Angeles, CA where we ship your bedding from. All orders received before 9am PST will be shipped out same day so depending on where you live it can take anywhere from 2-5 business day to receive your bedding.
Although we really doubt that you'll be unhappy with Pillow Guy products, we understand that bedding does boil down to personal preference, so we won't make it uncomfortable at all when it comes to returns. This pillow arrived on time and nicely packaged to reduce shipping materials. The pillow is beautifully made with elegant piping. Glad we bought this and the Pillow Gal because it is great to be able to identify which pillow is yours and which is used by your spouse/partner. It is filled with down so it fluffs nicely and then conforms to your head and neck when you lay on it. I purchased it with extra fill so it is perfect for the 50/50 back/side sleeper. It will be your favorite pillow.
Suffering from neck/shoulder pain and insomnia. But since sleeping on pillow guys’s down pillow, I’ve been sleeping pain free and drift off to a deep , restful sleep Pricey….Yes!!! But to improve my sleeping routine and waking up pain fee…Priceless!!!!
I own two PG pillows, one regular and this one overstuffed. They are comfy pillows and I would recommend them to others, but I do not feel the overstuffed is enough of a difference to warrant the price increase.
This pillow is easily shaped to my liking and I get a sound sleep on it.
This pillow by far (firm) has exceeded my expectations. It’s both soft and supportive and maintains shape throughout the night. Loved it so much I bought 2 more!! Definitely worth the investment.
