Not what I expected
The pillow was very heavy, which sends up red flags for me. If this is down alternative, I'm not sure why the pillow was dense and heavy. I accepted those attributes, but when i tried to sleep on it, I experienced severe breathing problems. I do have an allergy to dust mites. But I have never had such exteme bronchial and nasal symptoms.
Do you have a hypo allergenic model? For all the money my son spent on this pillow,(it was purchased partly by a gift card from him) I would hope that you have an acceptable alternative .

Is it possible that the pillow and/or pillow protector could have been washed or placed with something that could have brought on the symptoms you described? Personally, I sleep on the Pillow Guy version of these pillows but I also have allergies that have kicked up quite a bit as of late. Is it possible that you're experiencing an up-tick in allergies causing this issue? With the MicronOne technology, I truly have never had anyone state that they believe this pillow is causing the issues you've described. I'm truly interested in learning more about your situation so that I can best help.
