As a rule of thumb, you should replace your synthetic-filled pillows about every two years, however, check out our care instructions on how to keep your Pillow Guy Down Alternative Pillow lasting fresh and longer. A good way to test to see if it's time for a new pillow is by folding your pillow in half and put a shoe on top (maybe clean it first) If the shoe flips off, your pillow is good.
Pillow Guy is a vertically integrated company, which means we control the process from production all the way until we ship out the product. We have our own warehouse located near Los Angeles, CA where we ship your bedding from. All orders received before 9am PST will be shipped out same day so depending on where you live it can take anywhere from 2-5 business day to receive your bedding.
Although we really doubt that you'll be unhappy with Pillow Guy products, we understand that bedding does boil down to personal preference, so we won't make it uncomfortable at all when it comes to returns. If for any reason at all you'd like to return (you actually don't even need to give us a reason) within 30 days of purchase, all you have to do is email hello@pillowguy.com or call us at 1.844.745.5694 and we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. You will receive a full refund once we receive the product back at our warehouse.

I absolutely love that these pillows conform to what I need in the moment- sleeping on my side, back or stomach... these pillows scrunch, flatten or fluff depending on my position, and they come back every time!
This pillow is soft and cozy just the right amount. I slept well and woke up without a stiff neck, which is something I haven’t been able to get previously. The pillow offers great support for side sleeping too.
i have been genuinely impressed by how plush and well-made it is. It strikes a great balance—not too firm, not too soft—providing solid head and neck support throughout the night. I tend to sleep in multiple positions, and this pillow adjusts nicely without going flat or bunching up.
The stitching and fabric feel high quality, and it holds its shape well after repeated use. I also appreciate that it’s hypoallergenic, which is a bonus for sensitive sleepers. It came well-packaged, fluffed up quickly, and didn’t have any chemical odor. I docked one star only because I would’ve preferred it to be just a bit loftier out of the box.
I’ve enjoyed this pillow very much so far. It’s soft yet firm and has the support I was hoping for. There was also NO weird chemical smell when you first open the package, which is important! I am so picky about pillows. I cannot stand hot pillows and also am allergic to many things. This was perfect. I am short (5’0) and it was not too high like some others are.
