How soon will my comforter be shipped once I place an order?
Pillow Guy is a vertically integrated company, which means we control the process from production all the way until we ship out the product. We have on own warehouse located near Los Angeles, CA where we ship your bedding from. All orders received before 9am PST will be shipped out same day so depending on where you live it can take anywhere from 2-5 business day to receive your bedding.
What if I am unhappy with my purchase?
Although we really doubt that you'll be unhappy with Pillow Guy products, we understand that bedding does boil down to personal preference, so we won't make it uncomfortable at all when it comes to returns. If for any reason at all you'd like to return (you actually don't even need to give us a reason) within 30 days of purchase, all you have to do is email hello@pillowguy.com or call us at 1.844.745.5694 and we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label and you'll receive a full refund once we receive the product back at our warehouse.
Do I need to wash my comforter before first use?
Nah, that's not necessary, you already are working too hard. If you'd like you can simply toss in dryer on high for 10 minutes to smooth out the packaging wrinkles, or iron.

I expected a fluffier comforter but it just never happened. I am used to a real down comforter but as of late it has been bothering my skin so being that I absolutely love the sheets I decided to get the comforter disappointed.. I have not returned as I do like the outer material as it is the same as the sheets which I love.
I bought this one from another store. I love the crispy sound on it, and it’s light but heavy enough to feel cozy. Perfect for all seasons, warm when cold and cool when hot. I came across this brand when searching for a good percale cotton sheets, these products are high quality and the green color is luxurious. I have pillows, bath sheets towels, comforter and sheets in my collection. Definitely an excellent buy.
